Design<\/h4>

The design phase of our process is perhaps the most crucial, thus we take it extremely seriously. Our top architects and engineers go above and beyond to take all factors and views into account for your project. We personalize everything from the inside while standardizing everything from the exterior. You have a selection of styles and alternatives to pick from with our specially developed solutions by leading architects. Fabricate<\/h4>

We excel at this. We build your fantasy step by step using highly qualified engineers, cutting-edge fabrication software, quality assurance considerations, and precision equipment. Each project is entirely built before a single cut is made, allowing us to engineer every detail of the design. When 30 to 40 percent of the dwelling unit is prefabricated into final building components that require just connecting on-site, the process is complete. We begin the process by cutting only the best timber frame components in our processing equipment, and we then proceed by assembling and fusing these components into a frame structure and frame station machines of the manufacturing line.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div> \n \n <\/div>\n

Transport<\/h4>

Our team and our strategic partners plan and execute the transportation using either road, water-ship, or rail transportation. Within the predetermined timeframe, all units will arrive undamaged at their final location. Each module is transported onto its own truck after your home has been constructed. Additionally, we have all the required tools for loading and unloading to guarantee that your project stays exactly as it was when it was brought from the factory. We have adequate trucks, cranes, forklifts, and forklifts to make sure that your modular home gets to the construction site safely and is unloaded using professional tools and equipment under the direction of our international quality manual.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div> \n \n <\/div>\n

Assembly<\/h4>

Each panel or module is joined together during the assembling phase to further secure them to a solid basement foundation so that it is prepared for completion. Your new home will be completed within a week, day, or even an hour once the modules are delivered to the construction site. The modules were brought to the construction site, where the home's foundation had already been finished, to start the setting procedure.
